The principle of the thrust overload function is that when the bidirectional load exceeds the rated load of the push rod, there are two sets of micro switches in the overload mechanism to act. This switch must be connected to the control loop corresponding to the extension and retraction of the push rod. This function It can take effect. When the normally closed switch action becomes an open circuit, the circuit will be de-energized and the motor will be de-energized and will not work. The push rod will stop working immediately to ensure that the push rod will not block the motor due to overload. Turn burnout or damage to the mechanical part of the push rod, the motor brake can effectively hold the load to achieve self-locking, and can be equipped with manual release. Accessories: can be equipped with built-in cam limit switches, external mechanical limit switches, potentiometers, and dust covers. Ambient temperature: -15℃-50℃. Protection level: IP44, IP55, IP56, IP65, etc. Special requirements need to consult business engineers.
LPT series TB, TC type (model and ordering instructions)
The TB and TC models have the same basic functions (thrust, speed and stroke), and both have the following mechanical devices with thrust limits.
? As a facility to prevent overload, a built-in slip clutch is installed inside, and the clutch is activated when the thrust load exceeds a preset value.
? When overload or excessive operation occurs at the end of the stroke, the individually designed friction lining can ensure smooth operation.
TC type features: thrust detection type
? The internal thrust detection system includes two coil springs with different elastic coefficients. When the thrust load exceeds a preset value, an electric signal is sent to the control circuit by turning the limit switch, so that the circuit is de-energized, and the motor is finally stopped and pushed. The pole stopped.
