Many of these problems can be avoided, such as overloading and long-term operation, excessive lateral force, The work system is not enough. In order to avoid problems when applying electric actuators in the future, today we will talk about the precautions for electric actuators in the selection.


                    : Before selecting, determine whether the application is suitable for electric push rods or electric cylinders, including installation space, installation form, ambient temperature, application characteristics, operating frequency, control power supply, etc.


                    Second: After confirming that the electric actuator can be selected, the following parameters must be determined: thrust/pull force, stroke, speed, installation method, frequency of use, control requirements, when the thrust is selected, the customer calculates the actual load, and then the selection must be reserved The margin, the push-pull force is basically the same, and there must be margin when selecting the stroke. If the speed is relatively fast, the motor is recommended to be equipped with a brake. The upper limit and the lower limit must have margins for safe use during debugging, such as installation considerations. When the size is compact and the margin is not much, you must be careful when debugging and observe the two extreme positions of the push rod at any time.


                     Third: speed selection. When it is applied, the speed can be lower, and the speed will be slower. This operation is conducive to stability. Regarding the frequency conversion debugging, the frequency cannot be too low, not lower than 30HZ, which will affect the power of the motor, thus Affect the thrust of the putter. Servo motors have no such problems.


                      Fourth: Regarding the installation form or method of the push rod, the push rod mainly moves in a straight line, and cannot have a large lateral force, which will affect the mechanical performance of the push rod. The installation methods are: hinged at both ends, trunnion installation, flat surface Installation method, specific application needs specific analysis. If there is an angle, when selecting the model, the customer must simulate whether there is a dead point in the entire motion control. If it can be achieved, the front or rear end needs to be installed in the form of joint bearing and trunnion Only way.


                       Fifth: In terms of frequency of use, if the working system is low, about 30%, the push rod transmission part can be driven by a trapezoidal screw, and the deceleration part can be a worm gear structure. If the working system is high and more frequent, you need to use balls Lead screw drive + brake motor, the gearbox part adopts gear or synchronous belt wheel drive,


                        Sixth: Control method, the basic control requirement is the extension and contraction of the push rod, which is to control the forward and reverse movement of the motor. The stroke limit must be connected to the forward and reverse control loop of the motor. Remember that it must be effectively controlled The motor stops within the effective stroke range of the push rod.
